Preparing my first Chinese dish

My all-time favorite Chinese dish is sweet and sour pork. Every time I go to a Chinese restaurant I eat this dish, and I absolutely love it. I have been checking out some recipes for it and the preparation is quite complex for a beginner cook. I will make a list of the ingredients that need to be bought and by the end of this week try and prepare it. I am really excited to get cooking !
